FINDINGS
Having a high number of customers, companies, and employees, it was difficult to keep track of everything manually. There were several drawbacks to having a manual employee management system since there was no available timesheet, attendance, and customer management for different companies. In this regard, businesses suffered a constraint in developing their business growth.
APPROACH
Apacon started off by implementing AI for face recognition attendance for every sister company and their employees, this has improved keeping track of every employee and their working hours at the companies. Furthermore, our API-based face recognition Artificial Intelligence (AI) is integrated to generate timesheets that allowed a smooth and fair process for employees’ instant registration and face recognition.
